Dr. Bill Mitchell, VP Business Operations, Foxconn, and Todd McLees, Strategic Consultant to Foxconn, will discuss its massive development throughout Wisconsin, and the impact and opportunities for the state and the Midwest, inclusive of innovation, tech talent, supply chain, and Industry 4.0 initiatives - the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies, including cyber-physical systems, Internet of things, cloud computing, AI and cognitive computing.

Dr. Bill Mitchell is the VP of Business Operations for FoxConn and CEO of Aguila, a FoxConn Company. He is known for his success in helping develop organizations with value-based cultures. Over the past 25 years, Bill has worked with more than 500 corporations and organizations, helping develop best of breed practices to provide long-term success. He has served as the executive coach and corporate psychologist to many of today's leading corporations. He provides unique insights in the development of policy, process and people that serve as a catalyst for systematic sustainable growth.

Over 30 years of professional public speaking, Bill has motivated audiences in 47 states and 5 continents. He has designed and presented training in the areas of teamwork, ethics and leadership, communication, corporate culture and many more. His unique conversational style and subtle humor allow him to instruct, inspire and impact audiences from all walks of life.

Pendio Group is a a managememnt consulting firm in Milwaukee. Todd's team builds frameworks to help organizations throughout the region implement strategies to scale faster. Todd is a strategic consultant to key members of Foxconn's business unit responsible for manufacturing, production and distribution of their solutions. Pendio built the frameworks for the Supplier Readiness Program being used by Foxconn to identify high-performing suppliers in the region, enabling them to build the infrastructure of partners they need in Wisconsin. His team also built the frameworks for choosing ideal partners for joint solution development and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Todd is helping Foxconn build their ecosystem throughout our region with a particular emphasis on Smart Factory and Smart Office solutions.

Todd is an active member of the steering committee for HERA, the Higher Education Regional Alliance in Wisconsin. He volunteers his time applying lessons learned to the rapid growth that is possible for our economic region.
