Abstract

The endpoint is a very volatile technology space. Legacy tools are ineffective and bloated. Definition of THE NEXT GENERATION is happening now. I will explain what industry experts (SANS, GARTNER…etc) are saying about features now required to sufficiently protect organizations against adversaries and ultimately prevent attacks from becoming breaches.

Kris Yach has 15+ years of experience ranging from Network/Security engineering in the private and consulting sector, to building a successful technology organization for a value added reseller (VAR). Most recently Kris spent 4.5 years as the Information Security Officer for a large healthcare institution in Wisconsin where he built Cyber Security and Risk Management programs from the ground up. Kris is now a regional sales engineer for Carbon Black and is focusing his efforts on the ever evolving End Point space. Kris is a CCIE in Security and a CISSP.
