Bio

Prior to joining Forescout, Brian Gumbel spent 2 years at Tanium, running sales and operations as their VP for Americas East and Canada. In that position, he grew their business 400% year over year and closed several complex deals with Fortune 100 customers.

Prior to starting the sales organization at Tanium, Brian spent eight years at McAfee and served as the Vice President of Americas East and Canada. In this position, he consistently delivered double-digit growth and earned Global VP of the Year in 2012. Brian also served as Director of Sales for Government, Healthcare and Education (GHE) for Americas East.

Prior to joining McAfee, Brian spent seven years at Cisco in various sales and leadership positions; initially helping to launch Cisco's Financial Services vertical, he later became a Strategic Account Manager for the company's NYC Government sector sales. Brian was consistently ranked as a top performer, having received numerous awards and accolades during his tenure at Cisco.

Brian is based in New York City, and has a BS degree in Biology from Marist College, in NY.
